Kebrilla is a refined wine obtained with 100% Grillo grapes, a very representative native vine of the Sicily region. The harvest takes place towards the end of August, once in the cellar the fermentation takes place for 20% of the grapes in barriques and 80% in stainless steel tanks to best preserve freshness and aromas. Aging also follows the percentages used in the fermentation phase, i.e. 20% in barriques and 80% in steel, plus a further 3 months in the bottle.
