The Historic Vermouth of Turin is produced according to the original recipe of Giulio Cocchi. This vermouth falls into the category of sweet vermouth, or Italian vermouth, sweet and amber in color, present in the manuals of the late nineteenth century.
Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino has been the protagonist of the international rebirth of high-end vermouths and of the renewed interest of great barmen in the Vermouth di Torino denomination to the point that in the United States it is commonly referred to as “Cocchi Torino”.
