Nieport

Niepoort Ruby is is a fresh, young and fruity (lot’s of red cherries and red fruits!). An expressive port with great character. Ruby keeps well for several years, although the wine will not improve with age. No decanting is necessary since the wine contains no sediment.

Dark and youthful in colour for its age, now showing wonderful bottle age aroma on the nose interspersed with a soft mint character. On the palate the vintage 1987 is very fine and showing good richness and a long finish.
