Balvenie

A 2013 addition to The Balvenie’s range, as a younger sibling to the 15 Year Old single cask. This is exclusively matured in first-fill bourbon casks and each bottle is part of a batch that is at most 300 bottles – all taken from the same cask.

A 14-year-old Balvenie which finished its maturation in casks which had previously held Caribbean rum. Expect vanilla and toffee notes as the rum contributes extra sweetness to the flavours.

16 year old Balvenie single malt Scotch whisky from their Triple Cask range. The Triple Cask range is matured in first-fill American oak barrels, traditional refill casks and first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts. The 16 year old shows off a lot more vanilla and fruit than the 12 year old Triple

Nose Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Taste Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours ~ nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.
